I have lived in Nevada County for 32 years, and practiced real estate full time in Nevada County for five years, seven months. I have spent decades as a builder in new construction and remodel. 

I have a sixth sense about properties, beginning with the MLS listing. I am a full service Realtor, and that will pay off for you daily.

I listen closely to your wants and needs. By the time we have seen 3 or 4 properties, I have a fair idea what is most important to you, what is quite important, and what you don’t want. And this gets refined with time. 

I look out for your interest-fiercely. My job is not to sell you property. It is to protect your interest, even if it means killing a sale. I want you to remember me as an agent who spared nothing to serve your interests, and find you what you wanted, for a reasonable price. Or, a great price. But not something that later has payments that are uncomfortable.

I will refer you to many other professionials along our path together, in buying or selling.
